As a People & Culture Manager, your mission is to develop our team and craft an outstanding employee experience at CLOUDYRION.

You will be the maestro of our daily workplace vibe, ensuring an awesome experience no matter where our team members are. You’ll create engaging formats, exciting events, and attractive application journeys that everyone loves.

Your focus will be on talent acquisition, talent retention, and talent training. You will develop and execute innovative strategies to attract top talent, create programs and initiatives that make CLOUDYRION the place where people want to grow their careers, and design training programs that foster continuous learning and development.

In your role, you’ll be responsible for building a strong employer brand by shaping and communicating CLOUDYRION’s story to attract and retain the best talent. You will implement effective recruitment strategies using active sourcing tactics to identify and inspire top talent and streamline the hiring process to make the application journey as smooth and appealing as possible. Fostering a supportive work environment, you will cultivate a dynamic and inclusive culture that supports our team.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience: First work experience in people management, operations, or communication with a focus on employer branding.
  • Education: Higher education such as B.A./B.Sc./M.A./M.Sc. in business administration, psychology, people/HR management, or related fields.
  • Start-up Spirit: Experience in a start-up environment with an entrepreneurial mindset, ambition to break new digital ground, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Skills: A basic technical toolbox with amazing storylines, including proficiency in MS Office, Canva, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
