Serdal is our Associate Partner, responsible for business development and strategic sales. With twelve years of experience in business development and key account management, he has built sustainable client relationships and positioned consulting-intensive services across startups, SMEs, and growing organisations. He combines strategic thinking with hands-on collaboration to enable growth through long-term partnerships.

Katharina

Katharina is our People & Culture Manager, responsible for people and change strategy as well as human resource management. With experience across startups and corporate environments, she brings a broad understanding of how different organisational structures shape people and culture. As a certified systemic coach, she supports team members and leaders in their day-to-day work and professional growth. Her drive: actively shaping CLOUDYRION's growth and building a workplace where everyone thrives.

Esra

Esra is responsible for Recruiting and Employer Branding, supporting talent acquisition and candidate coordination. With a background in international economics and East Asian studies, she brings a strong sense for intercultural communication. What drives her: bringing people and talents together and continuously learning new approaches in both talent acquisition and employer branding.

Daniel

Daniel is our COO, bringing over 17 years of experience in technology-driven B2B environments spanning automation, robotics, and software-driven industrial solutions. As former CEO of Rethink Robotics and founder of Ruhrbotics, he has built, scaled, and transformed technology organisations. What drives him: turning complex technological possibilities into scalable, practical solutions and creating environments where teams can take ownership and grow.

Bahos

Bahos is one of our Lead Security Consultant at CLOUDYRION, combining offensive security expertise with Secure by Design methodology. With nearly ten years of experience, he advises organisations in critical infrastructure sectors – including energy, telecommunications, and manufacturing – on threat modelling, cloud security, and Cyber Resilience Act compliance. Certified as AWS Security Specialist and CRA Assessor. His drive: building security in from the ground up, informed by an attacker's perspective.

Philipp

Philipp is one of our leading Secure by Design Consultants with over 25 years of IT experience, more than 17 of them focused on cybersecurity. He has embedded Secure by Design across organisations in telecommunications, banking, pharma, healthcare, and retail. Certified as CISSP, CISA, GCIH, ISO27001 Lead Implementer, Google Cloud Professional Security Engineer, and agile leader & OKR coach. What drives him: building security into digital products and platforms from the start – to proactively prevent security incidents from happening.

Reza

Reza is one of our Secure by Design Consultants focusing on regulated cloud, data, AI, and telecommunications transformations. With over seven years of experience across telecommunications, critical infrastructure, and manufacturing, he advises on cloud security strategy and stakeholder-driven delivery. Certified as AWS Security Specialist and Microsoft Security, Compliance & Identity. What drives him: sharing security expertise and helping develop the next generation of consultants and security leaders.

Beyza

Beyza is one of our Secure by Design Consultants, specialising in cloud security, AI security, and governance, risk and compliance (including NIST, CRA, and ISO 27001). She brings experience from the telecommunications sector and holds certifications as AWS Security Specialty and IT-Grundschutzpraktiker. What drives her: shaping security as an enabler that accelerates delivery rather than slowing it down – and making risk decisions clear and actionable.

Prithwi

Prithwi is a Secure by Design Consultant, specialising in risk assessment and threat modelling of cloud infrastructure. With over ten years of experience in security and IT consultancy, he brings deep expertise in Google Cloud security and Zero Trust frameworks. What drives him: securing complex cloud environments and solving cybersecurity challenges with real-world impact. A particular area of interest is quantum computing and the implications of quantum algorithms for cryptography.

Monaem

Monaem is one of our Secure by Design Consultants, focusing on cloud and AI security. With over six years of experience, he assesses complex platforms from cloud-native architectures on GCP and Azure to AI and agentic AI systems. He supports teams in embedding security as an integral part of the development process rather than an afterthought. Certified as CKA and CKS. A particular focus of his work is the security of AI-driven and autonomous systems and the emerging risks they introduce.

Nelli is one of our Secure by Design Consultants, focusing on IoT infrastructure, hardware and cloud security, and the responsible use of AI. She brings experience from the telecommunications sector, including knowledge of physical security aspects. What drives her: developing tailored strategies for every project rather than defaulting to standard solutions. A particular area of interest is the security of MCP and agentic AI systems.

Lear is one of our Secure by Design Consultants, focusing on AI security and DevSecOps. He works across CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructures, and AI technologies. What drives him: embedding effective security controls seamlessly into development processes thus making the transition from development to security a natural part of the workflow rather than a friction point. A particular interest of his are AI threats and real-world exploits.

Sohan is one of our Secure by Design Consultants, focusing on threat modelling and architecture reviews across cloud and on-premises environments. He brings experience from the telecommunications sector spanning secure cloud migrations, web and API security assessments, Kubernetes platforms, and third-party SaaS reviews. What drives him: understanding systems in depth and integrating security as a natural part of every solution.

Max is one of our Secure by Design Consultants, specialising in threat modelling and audit preparation. He has built internal audit processes and supports organisations in preparing systematically for external assessments. What drives him professionally: the recurring observation that organisations build brilliant solutions and consistently integrate security too late. That gap is exactly where his work begins.

Rania is one of our Secure by Design Consultants, specializing in AI security, cloud security, threat modelling, and risk management. She advises on IT security with a focus on securing AI and cloud environments. What drives her: designing security correctly from the start in close collaboration with clients so that costly fixes down the line become unnecessary. A particular area of interest is GenAI security.

Katia is one of our Secure by Design Consultants, focusing on cloud and AI security. She brings experience from the telecommunications sector, where she specialised in security assessments of SaaS platforms and AI infrastructure. What drives her professionally: breaking down complex systems analytically, identifying weaknesses through logical thinking, and approaching problems with an adversarial mindset.

Nuri

Nurhak is one of our Ethical Hackers, specialising in web and API penetration testing as well as Active Directory security assessments in enterprise environments. He transitioned into IT security from a legal background. With that he brings a perspective that sharpens his analytical approach to complex system environments. Certified as CPTS. A particular area of interest is Active Directory attack chains and post-exploitation strategies in Windows domain environments.

Raad

Raad is one of our Ethical Hackers covering a broad attack surface: web and API penetration testing, cloud and Active Directory assessments, mobile applications, and AI red teaming. He has identified vulnerabilities in systems of well-known organisations through bug bounty programmes and holds certifications as ARTE, CRTP, and CCSE. What drives him: experimenting with new technologies, writing code – and breaking everyone else's.

Robin

Robin is one of our Ethical Hackers with a broad professional background: seven years of software development followed by penetration testing. This combination gives him deep insight into how systems are built and where they break. He covers cloud security, web security, secure code, and CI/CD security, and holds certifications as OSCP and CARTP. What drives him: sharing the knowledge he has earned and helping shape the next generation of security experts.

Talha

Talha is one of our Ethical Hackers, specializing in cloud security and web and API penetration testing. He holds certifications as CPTS and C-AI/ML Pentester, with additional expertise in cryptography and threat modelling. What drives him: learning something new in every infrastructure and environment while actively securing clients in the process. A particular area of interest is red teaming and social engineering, including physical assessments.

Yeva

Yeva is one of our Ethical Hackers, specializing in web and API penetration testing, secure code reviews, threat modeling, and system hardening. What drives her: looking beyond individual vulnerabilities to understand how they emerge within system architecture and how they can be prevented earlier through threat-informed design. She focuses on connecting offensive security insights with the bigger picture to support more proactive security decisions.

Markus is one of our Ethical Hackers, specialising in binary exploitation and password recovery. He brings a background in digital forensics and has taught IT security as a tutor at university level. What drives him professionally: the asymmetric logic of attack and defence. While a system must guard against every vulnerability, while an attacker only needs to find one.

Yogeshwar

Yogeshwar is one of our Ethical Hackers specialising in AI red teaming, web and API penetration testing, and AI threat modelling. He holds a Master's degree in applied computer science with a focus on AI research and brings experience from research work at the Institute of Neuroinformatics at Ruhr University Bochum. What drives him: advancing the security of AI systems through adversarial testing methodologies and actively shaping Secure by Design practices for AI.

Artem

Artem is one of our Ethical Hackers, specialising in cloud audits across GCP, Azure, and AWS, as well as Active Directory red teaming. A background in full-stack development gives him a dual perspective: understanding systems from the inside out. Both how they are built and how they can be broken. Certified as CPTS and Google Cloud Security Engineer. What keeps him going is that every project brings different technologies and a different approach, making continuous learning a natural part of the work.

Tim

Tim our Working Student in AI Security, focusing on AI penetration testing and the security of LLM applications and agentic architectures. He is pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and brings hands-on experience as a Python developer in the automotive sector. What drives him: understanding how AI systems behave in practice and where they can be exploited.

Anand

Anand is leading our AI Development, specialising in agentic AI architectures and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). He brings experience developing intelligent systems in the railway and automotive sectors and holds a Master's degree in communication and media engineering with an AI specialisation. He is driven by building production-grade AI systems that reliably bridge research and real-world application.

Jannis

Jannis is our Finance Manager, responsible for financial reporting and the design of internal processes and structures. Drawing on a broad background across order processing, sales, and finance, he focuses on understanding the story behind the numbers and not just the results. A particular interest of his is how AI automation can make financial processes smarter and create more meaningful impact.

Alex

Alexandra is our Office Manager, responsible for office organisation, administrative coordination, as well as HR and finance processes. With a background in event management, she brings a solid foundation in planning, coordination, and day-to-day operations. At CLOUDYRION she has grown from Management Assistant to Office Manager. She is driven by creating structure in administrative processes and ensuring operations run smoothly for everyone on the team.

Tamina is our Marketing & Communications Manager, responsible for PR, external communications, and marketing strategy. She brings experience from both agency and client-side roles in B2B tech communication. She is driven by making complexity accessible through communication. A particular interest of hers is the effect of technology on language and how we communicate.
