Pentest Coordinator (all genders)

As a Pentest Coordinator (all genders) you ensure our penetration tests run smoothly. We’re looking for someone with strong organizational skills who pulls the strings in the background and keeps our processes moving. Thanks to your open and clear communication style, partners are happy to reach out to you as their first point of contact. And with your interest in tech, you’ll be ready to answer specialist questions after a solid onboarding.

Project Coordination & Quality Assurance

You plan, prioritize, and manage pentests from the initial request to completion. You ensure deadlines are met, content is communicated consistently, and quality standards are upheld.

Stakeholder Management & Client Communication

You lead kick-offs, interim meetings, and final presentations. You represent CLOUDYRION professionally and ensure we come across as trustworthy and competent.

Multi-Test Management & Resource Planning

You juggle  parallel projects and support in scheduling our ethical hackers. You identify resource bottlenecks early and resolve them pragmatically.

Reporting & Quality Management

You deliver our reports and ensure we meet our high standards  — via retrospectives, internal reviews, or partner feedback.

• You’re organized, communicative, and quick to grasp new concepts. You enjoy working independently and can keep an overview even when things get hectic.
• You’ve completed a university degree or apprenticeship, like taking responsibility, and have already proven your organizational and communication skills in practice. Experience in project coordination is a plus but not required.
• A strong interest in tech is essential. You don’t need to be an expert, but you’re curious enough to understand what you’re talking about and not afraid of IT topics.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and efficient way — with high quality standards and a sharp eye for deadlines, context, and people.
• You’re fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, and can communicate complex topics clearly and appropriately.

We believe good work deserves fair recognition. That’s why we offer a salary between €45,000 and €65,000, depending on your experience and expertise.
