(Senior) Team Lead Secure by Design (all genders)

As a Senior Team Lead: Secure by Design (all genders), you will play a key role at CLOUDYRION. You will lead a team of experienced IT security experts who develop and implement security concepts at the highest technical level. Working closely with our client teams, you will establish a security-first culture that prioritizes technical depth, automation, and efficiency.

Your focus will be on integrating Secure by Design principles into complex IT environments – from cloud and container technologies to API security – in a sustainable way.

• Strategic Leadership & Innovation: Lead your Secure by Design team to develop cutting-edge security strategies for internal and client projects. You will leverage innovative technologies to create sustainable, agile, and effective security processes.
• Collaboration & Coaching: Foster a shared security mindset by conducting workshops, training, and close collaboration – both within your team and with our clients. You will actively promote a “Security is a team effort” culture and establish Security Champions.
• Risk-Based Security Management: Analyze complex IT architectures, identify security risks, and develop tailored security measures to strengthen resilience and protect our clients.
• Representation & Networking: Strengthen CLOUDYRION’s industry presence, expand our professional network, and position yourself as a thought leader for Secure by Design at conferences and industry events.

We know that excellent work deserves fair compensation. That’s why we offer a salary between €90,000 and €120,000, depending on your experience and expertise.

• Experience & Expertise: You have at least 5 years of experience in IT security and have previously led IT teams.
• Technical Qualifications: Your profile is complemented by certifications such as CISSP, GIAC Security Professional (GSP), or GIAC Security Expert (GSE), or equivalent qualifications that demonstrate your technical expertise. Additionally, you have in-depth knowledge of cloud security, API security, and penetration testing in various IT environments.
• Communication Skills: You can explain complex technical topics clearly and concisely to developers, IT architects, and executives – in both German and English.
• Analytical Thinking: You excel at finding creative solutions for complex challenges and successfully implementing them.
• Empathy & Openness: Your leadership style is based on respect, teamwork, and mutual trust.
