Working Student Business & Operations Support (all genders)

As a working student, you will support our team for 15–20 hours per week in our office at Düsseldorf’s Medienhafen, assisting with day-to-day operations and ensuring that processes related to client projects, internal organization, and collaboration run smoothly.

You will act as an important interface between our team, external partners, and clients, helping us further develop structures as CLOUDYRION continues to grow.

• Organization & documentation: Support in creating, updating, and managing partner contracts as well as project-related documents based on existing templates
• Communication & coordination: Manage our central inbox and act as the first point of contact for inquiries from customers and external partners; forward requests to the appropriate contacts and assist in preparing responses
• Project support: Contribute to preparatory tasks for client projects, perform plausibility checks, and ensure information is up to date and complete
• Data maintenance & tools: Maintain and update project and proposal data in our project and finance tools
• Quality management: Support the further development of internal processes and assist with tasks related to our ISO 9001 certification
• Process development: Contribute to optimizing workflows and bring in your own ideas as part of our company’s growth
• Team support: Assist various departments in day-to-day business and gain insights into how a growing cybersecurity company operates

• Enrolled student, ideally at the beginning of your studies and interested in long-term collaboration
• Optional entry via a full-time internship (40 hours/week) with the prospect of transitioning into a working student role
• Confident communication skills in both German and English
• Structured and reliable way of working
