Interview
In a personal interview – either face-to-face or remotely via video – we meet for the first time. Is the chemistry right? Do both sides meet each other’s expectations? If so, we move on to the final round.
Case Study
On-site, you will get to know your future team and the working environment. We will answer all your questions. By solving an exercise case, you’ll demonstrate your skills. In this way, we find out if we fit together. A team meal will conclude the day.

We want you to show us your enthusiasm. If everything fits after the first impression and we will invite you to an interview. Is the chemistry right? If both sides live up to expectations, then the final round begins. In the case study, you will demonstrate your abilities and presentation skills.
How well do my English skills have to be?
Nobody’s native. We are an international team. To bridge our common language barrier and create bridges, we often work and communicate in English. Expect 50% English, 50% German.
